ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery. 

Unfortunately, AKNVAS is unable to process or ship international orders at this time. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • UPS Ground: delivers 1-5 business days after processing.
  • UPS Next Day Air: delivers the next business day after processing.

ORDERS SHIPPED TO NEW YORK CITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS: 

UPS Ground typically delivers to NYC and surrounding areas within 1 business day. 

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. Once your order has been submitted, our normal return policy will be in effect.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please email us and we will do everything we can to help locate the package for you. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order.

If you were logged in to your customer account while placing the order, you may also check the order status by logging into your account and clicking the “Order History” tab. Note: registered customers who were not logged in when the order was submitted will not see their order on the “Order History” tab.

PAYMENT METHODS

AKNVAS accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay

AKNVAS does not accept checks, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Registering a customer account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and view order history.

With an AKNVAS account you can:

  • Check your order status and review order history
  • Save your shipping information for speedy checkout

 

How to Register for an Account:

Click the menu icon at the top left corner and click “Create account.” Follow the prompts to create a username and password. You only need to provide your name and email address to register an account. You also have the option to opt-in to our mailing list to receive updates on AKNVAS special promotions and events.


Retrieving an Account Password:

Click the menu icon at the top left corner and click “Login.” Click the “Forgot your password?” link and enter the email address used to sign up for your account. We will send a link to the registered email address that will prompt you to create a new password. You will now be able to use the new password to log in to the account.

SALES TAX

Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to New York State. Please note that tax calculations are based on the state and county shipping address on your order, as well as item price/classification.

For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Details may be found at the website of your respective tax authorities.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, AKNVAS is unable to process and ship international orders at this time. 

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the order date. 

A $25 return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. However, please be advised that the return fee is subject to change at AKNVAS's discretion.

AKNVAS is pleased to offer free exchanges within 14 days of the order date; If you wish to initiate an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@aknvas.com, providing your order number and the exchange information.

Returned items must have original tags and not have been worn, washed, or altered. Items with makeup stains or any signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Upon receipt of returned goods, AKNVAS reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. In such cases, you will be promptly notified via email, providing an explanation of the issue. Subsequently, the item will be sent back to your original shipping address.

RETURN PROCESS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please submit your return request on our website or email us within 14 days of the order date, including proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label in your email. Item(s) must be sent back to us within 14 days of return shipping label receipt.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Please note, that the initial shipping cost will be not refunded. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Returns normally take up to 10-12 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the package arrives. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

REFUSED PACKAGES

We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. All returns must have existing return requests via email. Any returns received at the warehouse without corresponding return requests are subject to potential delays/refusal.

Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices in our source books and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
